Starters

To share – Rosemary and garlic baked camembert, salami, prosciutto, pickled vegetables, Walled Garden chutney, selection of artisan breads and crackers

Smoked salmon terrine, pickled baby cucumber, lambs lettuce

Ham hock Scotch egg, piccalilli, watercress

Celeriac soup, blue cheese and hazelnut crumb (V)

 
Main Courses

To share – Surf & Turf, 10oz beef sirloin, garlic king prawns, stuffed mushrooms, glazed cherry tomatoes, truffle parmesan chips, Peppercorn or Diane sauce

Pan fried lemon sole, new potatoes, spinach, samphire, lemon and caper butter

Crispy belly pork, sage infused mash, tender stem broccoli, apple puree, jus
