Autumn has officially arrived, which ushers in a wonderful harvest from the Walled Garden to create warm and hearty crowd pleasers on our new autumn menu.
Our Domes have a new home on the terrace and are the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, get together with friends or simply enjoy a very special dining experience.

The Granary Brasserie is set within the walls of the Weston Park Estate, 1000 acres of rolling parkland, woodland and gardens. With the estate comes a history of great food and hospitality. For many generations food has been produced in the Walled Garden by the gardens team, and served in the main House to a wealth of special guests.
Here in the Brasserie our aim is to bring this legacy into the 21st century.
Our brigade of talented Chefs make all our dishes daily using the finest seasonal produce including fruit from from our Orchards and vegetables from the Walled Garden.
Estate to Plate
The harvest from our Walled Garden go straight to the kitchens in the Granary Brasserie. Squash, beans, pulses, kale, chard, cabbages and herbs feature on the menu from hearty soups to accompaniments to our Sunday roasts.

Menus reflect the changing seasons with fresh and vibrant flavours in the spring and summer months to the warm and comforting dishes associated with autumn and winter.
On the top floor of the Granary you will find the Art Gallery set beneath a splendidly characterful old beamed roof. The Art Gallery is home to changing monthly exhibitions by acclaimed artists from the UK and beyond as well as very special items on loan from private collections.
