Wellness at Weston – Forest Bathing

Spending time outdoors is now scientifically proven to be beneficial to our health and our mental health.

Forest bathing is a Japanese approach to taking a walk in nature which aims to help us engage more with ourselves, others and our surroundings.

Join Emma (Qualified Forest Bathing guide) of ‘Well Being with Emma B’ for a guided walk through Temple Wood.

The walk falls in line with the Gaelic festival of ‘Imbolc’ – a celebration of the beginning signs of Spring.

Connect with nature, spend time outdoors and enjoy a new experience!
