This one day workshop covers and introduction to tapestry weaving, including the basic principles and techniques. Explore our surroundings with a ‘weaverly eye’, looking at the colour, textures, shapes and lines of the gardens around us before moving back indoors to start weaving.  We’ll also take some time to visit the Interconnections 4 exhibition and see the stunning Gobelin tapestries in the House, where your new found insights into tapestry weaving will show the works in a whole new light.
