Weston Park is owned by an independent charity, the Weston Park Foundation, which combines public enjoyment and learning with a dynamic hospitality and events business which sustains the property and delivers our charitable objectives.

Chefs

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef, Chef de Partie and Junior Chef de Partie to join our team based here at Weston Park. You will receive a highly competitive salary depending on experience and will be a member of a friendly close-knit team. We like to think we run an informal place for people who like to meet, eat, drink and talk in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Are you a Chef with a real passion for quality fresh food? 

As a Chef you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Head Chef.

As an Under Butler \ Junior Assistant Manager you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of House business and will be key in supporting the Head Butler to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Our Housekeeping team plays a critical role in making sure our guests are wowed when they stay at Weston Park or in our holiday cottages.  We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who will leave no pillow unturned, no draw unchecked and no bed creased.

Casual Work 

Weston Park is owned by an independent charity, the Weston Park Foundation, which combines public enjoyment and learning with a dynamic hospitality and events business which sustains the property and charitable objectives.

We are interested in hearing from people who would like to assist with hospitality and catering here at Weston Park.

The main qualifications are good teamwork, being comfortable in the kitchen and front of house and the ability to follow instructions.

Areas of work include waiting on tables, housekeeping, admissions, security and events.  Training is given for all areas of work.

Volunteering

Have you a few hours a week to spare?

Weston Park was gifted to the nation in 1986 by the present and current Earl of Bradford and is vested in the Weston Park Foundation, a registered charity. Weston Park is responsible for the preservation and maintenance of the magnificent house, contents and parkland so Weston can be enjoyed by the public for future generations.
