Dome Dining on the Menu

Dining in the Dome is the perfect way to bring the outside in whatever the weather and have your very own bubble dining experience in the beautiful grounds just outside the Granary Brasserie.

Many people have celebrated their birthdays or significant milestone virtually during lockdown and dining in the dome is a great way to have that small celebration with loved ones in a unique environment.

The Dome is exclusive to one group at lunch and dinner, it’s perfectly spotless and diners can spend as much time in there as they wish in a safe environment.

Anna Moore, Head Chef at Weston Park comments “It’s wonderful to be back in the kitchen again cooking for customers after three months.  I have put together a menu full of favourites including our Weston Burger, beer battered fish of the day and classic puddings such as Eton Mess and Lemon Tart.

“We have teamed up with the Shropshire Ice Cream company who have been supplying our kitchens since we opened up the grounds in June and the traditional dairy ice cream has been going down a storm with our visitors to the grounds.”

The Walled Kitchen Garden has been tended by a very small team during lockdown with everyone on the estate picking up new gardening skills.  It is literally full to bursting with delicious produce including spinach, chard, cabbage, kale, shallots, broccoli and fresh herbs going straight to the kitchen daily.

The Granary Brasserie is also open for morning coffee and pastries and tea and homemade cake in the afternoon.

The Granary Brasserie at Weston Park is open daily from 9.30am – 5pm, serving lunch from 12noon – 2.30pm and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Reservations are strongly recommended due to current limits on capacity in the restaurant.

The Dome is available for lunch and dinner and seats up to ten people from two households. For 6 or more there is no hire charge, for 6 or less a hire charge of £50 will be applied to the final bill on the day.  To book The Dome please call 01952 852100
