Chef de Partie

A Chef de Partie is sought to join Weston Park, principally to work for private events in the House, but also on occassions in the Granary Grill, Bar & Restaurant.

The ideal candidate for the Chef de Partie vacancy will have a Fine Dining environment background, equivalent of 2 rosette standard, with excellent standards and a flexible attitude to work. Applicants must be passionate about food, have a good attitude and be a team player.

We offer great career development as well as good staff benefits. Accommodation is available for the appointed Chef de Partie. It is desirable that applicants have their own transport.
