Weston Park Launches New Office Development

Local businesses are being given the opportunity to work in a heritage setting within the grounds of one of England’s most scenic country estates, with the arrival of two bespoke office spaces at Weston Park.

The Granary Office Development is the latest stage in the ongoing evolution of the historic 1767 Granary building which is also home to an art gallery, deli café and grill restaurant; all of which are open all year round.

The first floor office is 1,162 square feet and the second floor office is 1,200 square feet and are serviced by superfast broadband connectivity, a biomass heating system, a lift providing disabled access and state of the art meeting facilities. There is also ample parking available on site both for those based at the offices and visiting clients or colleagues.

The offices are on separate floors of this historic building, however they could easily be occupied together by one business.  There is also a dedicated meeting room and a contemporary kitchen area.  In addition to a unique location, they provide an environment offering daily creative inspiration in the form of Weston’s incredible scenery and its rich history as the ancestral home of the Earls of Bradford.

As well as the offices overlooking the idyllic Church Pool, a quintessentially English country vista, workers will be able to take a lunch time wander around some of Weston’s grounds including the Walled Gardens. The Granary Deli which includes a landscaped courtyard seating area for fine days, is a great place to pop for a break to unwind, whilst the Grill offers relaxed dining that’s great for client entertaining.
