Escape to a stately home this Valentine’s Day with Weston Park’s romantic break or two. The secluded country pile is surrounded by stunning Shropshire countryside and offers everything you need from an indulgent weekend retreat – beautiful bedrooms, amazing food and even your own butler.
On arrival guests will be treated to tea and cakes in the Library, followed by the chance to explore Weston’s gardens and Capability Brown landscaped parkland. Highlights include Temple Wood, a peaceful hideaway complete with 17th century follies.
Weston’s Head Butler will be on hand to look after guests throughout the stay, starting with a champagne reception in the Marble Halls and followed by a show-stopping 7-course tasting menu in the historic Dining Room. This is one of the grandest parts of the house and has a priceless art collection, with paintings by the likes of Gainsborough and van Dyck.
Enjoy drinks by the fire in the Library before retreating to one of Weston’s individually themed period bedrooms. A long lie in and lazy breakfast finishes off the romantic weekend.
Valentine’s Dine & Stay at Weston Park is £360 per couple and includes tea on arrival, champagne reception, 7-course tasting menu, overnight accommodation and lazy breakfast.
A two night stay is also available at £540 per couple (Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February)
