Autumn Feast and Forage Dine & Stay

Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November

A seasonal gourmet weekend of autumnal walks and guided foraging in 1,000 acres of Capability Brown landscapes and native woodlands of Weston Park on the Shropshire \ Staffordshire border.

Perfect for food and heritage lovers, this experience includes tea and cakes on arrival; followed later with a five-course dinner menu of seasonal locally sourced produce, served amidst fine art and antique furniture that feature in the world-class collection held at the stately home; then a relaxing fireside nightcap in the library before retiring to bed in one of Weston’s unique and beautifully furnished bedrooms.

A lazy breakfast precedes a morning of foraging led by a local wildlife expert and a cookery masterclass with head chef Guy Day, who will transform the foraged food into a feast.

Price: £350 per couple including an overnight stay and all meals, available on the weekend of Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2015.
