Architecture Through The Eye Of The Artist

Weston Park, the stately home on the Shropshire \ Staffordshire border is hosting a fantastic exhibition in the Granary Art Gallery ‘Architecture through the Eye of the Artist’ throughout March.

The works in this exhibition show how a number of contemporary Midland artists have responded to the subject of architecture, demonstrating how the “eye of the artist” can see limitless possibilities for visual invention.

The exhibition demonstrates a diverse interpretation of architecture from each featuring artist, with works inspired by a range of architecture including stately homes, abandoned buildings, houses and landmarks such as Birmingham Grand Central Station.

The exhibition is now open and will be showing until the end of March.

The Granary Art Gallery is open every day 11am – 4pm.
