Spring Flavours Dine & Stay

Make the house your home on Saturday 25th April as Head Chef Guy Day and his brigade celebrate the delicate flavours of Spring.

After checking into one of our luxurious bedrooms, guests will enjoy afternoon tea and cakes in the Library and Drawing Room followed by a historic tour of the House by Colin Sweeney, Chief Executive of Weston Park.

Dinner will be served on one long table in the historic Dining Room, surrounded by works of art, where Guy will create a 5-course menu featuring the finest seasonal ingredients.

After a drink by the Library fire guests can slope off to bed, enjoy a restful nights sleep and a lie in.

After a lazy breakfast, Guy will host a culinary masterclass demonstrating how to turn the fruits of nature’s larder into sublime spring dishes to cook at home.

Out in the grounds, Capability Brown’s landscaped park is there to explore at your leisure during your stay.  The gardens will be bursting into life with daffodils and bluebells producing a riot of colour across the estate.

£350 per couple
