We will be hosting two very special Hints & Tips sessions as we say farewell to our Head Chef Guy Day as he leaves us for pastures new.
On Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th April Guy will be celebrating his favourite dishes.
Hints & Tips gives guests the chance to gain inspirational insight, professional guidance and top secrets from Guy himself. The sessions are designed for everyone to enjoy from foodie fanatics to first timers in the classroom.
There is always something to taste and sample during the session and Guy is happy to answer any burning culinary questions that you may have.
Following the demo, a three-course lunch inspired by the theme is served in the Granary Grill.
Hints & Tips starts at 11am with coffee in the Granary Deli with the demonstration starting at 11.15am
£25 per person includes coffee on arrival, demonstration, tastings, recipe booklets and a three-course set lunch in the Granary Grill.
