Head Chef Guy Day’s Hints and Tips cooking workshops are a great way for home cooks and foodies to learn a few tricks of the trade and be inspired with new recipe ideas. Each session takes a seasonal or specialist theme and while Guy demonstrates dishes, participants are encouraged to ask questions. Tastings and recipe packs to take home are included in the price of each session.
Lunch time workshops start at 11am with coffee, finishing at 12 noon followed by a two-course lunch in the Granary Grill.

Guy will demonstrate how to cook with game and give recipes and tips on how to prepare delicious autumnal dishes. He will talk about which cooking methods suit different types of game bird and give ideas on classic accompaniments.
