New for 2017!
This year we are introducing a brand new tour in order to give the public the opportunity to see more of the House than ever before.
The cellars of Weston Park are amongst the earliest areas of the House, with parts believed to date back to the Medieval period.
Follow the winding passageways beneath the House and discover the purposes of the Cellar from times gone by. See where the valuable vintage wines were stored in the Georgian and Victorian times, and how families of the past used the cellars as a state-of-the-art under floor heating system.
Tours start at 12pm and 2pm. Price of the tour is £5 per person, in addition to standard admission.
There is no need to pre-book, and admission is payable on the day.
The cellar is accessible only by a narrow single spiral staircase, therefore we regret that the tour is not suitable for those with mobility issues. A book of images is available for those to look at who are unable to physically take the tour.
