What's on
Discovery Workshops
Kids can disover Weston's wildlife and get stuck into hands-on activities this summer at our free workshops.
The indoor and outdoor activities will allow youngsters to explore their creative talent as well as hunt out secrets hidden in the Park's woodlands.
Outdoor adventures will reveal a voyage of discovery in Capability Brown's Pleasure Grounds. Go Pond Dipping and discover the watery mini-beasts who inhabit Temple Pool; turn detective and learn more about the wildlife through Plant Detecting or go on a Sensory Walk and use smell, touch, sound and sight to discover the Park.
Children can enjoy a range of indoor crafts including clay modelling, toy making, painting, creating collages, mosaics and even making their own flip flops!
Workshops start at 11am daily on weekdays through to Friday 27th August (Weston Park is closed between 18th - 25th August and workshops won't run on Monday 30th August).
Workshops are free and on a first come, first served basis, with spaces for 25 children per day.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Activities vary from day to day.
