Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Customer Service
1.1 By purchasing a ticket by telephone, over the counter or via the website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.
1.2 The team at Weston Park reserves the right to check that every person attending holds a valid ticket.
1.3 Weston Park reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder or request the ticket holder to leave the premises if the ticket holder is abusive, violent, intoxicated, or there is reason to believe other patrons’ comfort, enjoyment or safety may be affected.
1.4 The use of mobile phones, cameras, pagers, lasers and any form of video or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited in the House.
1.5 Children under 4 years of age will be admitted to Weston Park for free and are required to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

2. Ticket Sales
2.1 Tickets are offered for sale subject to availability. Weston Park reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notice.
2.3 Customers booking tickets by phone are required to read the terms and conditions of sale in full and therefore are entitled to a “cooling-off” period of 2 working days in which to cancel their order should they so wish. A full refund will be given of the ticket price, so long as a written cancellation request is received within 2 days.
2.5 You must inform Weston Park of any change of address, contact telephone number or e-mail both before and after receipt of tickets/passes. Our preferred method of contact is e-mail, so please take care to provide a current and valid email address. Please also ensure that your e-mail filter settings are set to receive e-mails from Weston Park.
On receipt of your confirmation letter/email, please check the details carefully as mistakes cannot be rectified on the day of visit.
2.6 Tickets/Passes will be dispatched, by post, within five working days of the event.
2.7 Tickets will only be delivered to the registered address of the credit/debit card holder if the address is situated within the United Kingdom where booking is made at least five days before the visit.
2.8 If tickets are to be collected, please ensure you have your booking confirmation email and your credit/debit card used to make the booking.
2.9 Tickets are sold for use by the buyer only (and his or her party) and are not for resale for commercial gain by the ticket holder. Failure to comply will result in the booking being void and the unauthorised ticket holder being refused entry.
3.0 The booking fee is currently £0.75p per ticket. This is capped at 4 tickets per transaction (£3.00). These fees are non-refundable.
3.1 Tickets/Passes cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded once purchased.
3.2 This ticket does not entitle the holder to re-admission.
3. Discounts and Concessions
3.1 Any discounted tickets must be requested at the time of booking and the sales team may ask to see proof of entitlement before selling tickets at discounted or concessionary prices.
3.2 All discounts are subject to availability, where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of Weston Park without prior notice.
4. Cancellation Policy, Ticket Exchanges & Refunds
4.1 If the event is cancelled or postponed by the external event company and/or Weston Park, then you will be given the option of either retaining your tickets for the rescheduled date or claim a refund. Every effort will be made to contact ticket holders to notify them in advance.
4.2 Where an event is cancelled or postponed by Weston Park for reasons outside of their control, or in extreme circumstances an event may be abandoned without notice due to severe weather conditions, an alternative date will be offered in exchange, subject to availability, up to the face value of the ticket(s). Where an alternative date is not available, or if the ticket holder is unable to attend the alternative date, a refund of the full ticket value will be given plus any booking fee that may be applicable. Every effort will be made to contact ticket holders to notify them in advance. Please note that where tickets are sent by post, the cost of postage will not be refunded.
4.3 Weston Park reserves the right to stop and start an event as necessary in the event of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.4 With the exception of paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 tickets cannot be cancelled or exchanged and are non-refundable.
4.5 Tickets, once purchased, cannot be resold.
4.6 Weston Park is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
4.7 Lost Annual Pass. Upon receipt of written confirmation of the loss a replacement will be issued. This will incur an administration fee of £10.00 per pass.
4.8 With the exception of 4.1, 4.2 any replacement tickets will be subject to an administration fee.
5. Weather Policy
5.1 In the event of severe weather conditions, every effort will be made to complete the event and Weston Park reserves the right to stop and start the event as necessary.
5.2 The decision whether to abandon or cancel an event due to severe weather conditions will be wholly at the discretion of Weston Park.
6. Using the Website and Disclaimers
6.1 Use of the Site is for personal use only. It may not be used in any improper or unlawful manner.
6.2 Use of the Site will comply with all local laws and rules regarding acceptable use of and conduct on the internet.
6.3 While every endeavour is made to ensure that the information available on the Site is accurate, Weston Park does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or reliability and does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions. Changes to the content, events and prices detailed on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
6.4 By accessing the Site, the user assumes all risks associated with use of the internet, including the risk of damage to computer hardware, software or data through viruses and other harmful components. Weston Park will not be responsible for the security of the site or for any disruption to the Site.
6.5 Weston Park will not be responsible or liable in any way for the content, advertising, products or services available from third party websites accessible via links on the Site. Access to such websites is entirely at the user’s own risk. Any transactions, dealings or arrangements carried out by the user via such a website shall be direct with the third party under their terms and conditions.
6.6 The text and images contained on the Site belong to Weston Park. Content can be printed for personal use only. No part of this Site may be reproduced or included in any other work or publication without written permission from Weston Park. Unauthorised use of the Site content could lead to prosecution.
7.1 If you are entitled to a refund, the original ticket(s)/passes must be returned along with any confirmation letter issued. Refunds will be processed by the same method used to make the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the date of the event and/or the date we received the relevant paperwork, whichever is the later.
8. Conditions of Entry
8.1 Weston Park Enterprises Ltd will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury to persons or property of visitors.
8.2 Weston Park Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to exclude or order the removal of any visitor whether the holder of a ticket or not. This is at the absolute discretion of any official of Weston Park Enterprises Ltd.
8.3 We reserve the right to refuse admission and remove any person from Weston Park property without assigning any reason.
8.4 In the interest of security, we reserve the right to search handbags, briefcases, parcels, luggage etc and conduct personal searches, at any time whilst on the property of Weston Park.
8.5 Weston Park Enterprises Ltd cannot accept any financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred.
8.6 All dogs must be kept on leads.
8.7 This ticket does not entitle the holder to re-admission and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
