Visitor Services Assistant
We are looking for an experienced, confident and well presented individual with excellent organisational and IT skills to work in the Admissions Department at Weston Park.
The person appointed to the role will be responsible for the Admission Office and will be the first point of contact to welcome our visitors, sell admission tickets and brief visitors; till operation, cash handling and cashing up, PDQ operation; assisting to co-ordinate Group visits and advise visitors on how best to enjoy their time at Weston. A background in customer service is an advantage, however, detailed training will be given.
Applicants must have a smart, professional appearance, be computer literate and have numeracy skills together with the sensitivity to communicate well in a variety of situations.
A keen eye for detail and flair for customer service with a flexible, friendly approach is vital.
This is a part-time position for a six month period. Weekend work may be required. Your own transport is essential.
