Housekeeping Assistants – Casual Roles
We are seeking to appoint Housekeeping Assistants to work on a casual basis in the Housekeeping Department.
These are hands-on roles where you will work closely with the Housekeeper and the Housekeeping Department to ensure a smooth and refined service for the Housekeeping operations in The Hall, including the guest public areas, the 28 bedrooms available for exclusive use events; The Granary Grill; The Deli and Café and The Art Gallery; the Administration Offices, The Stables and Education Department, outdoor visitor facilities and the holiday properties.
We believe guests must come first so an acute eye for detail is essential. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of housekeeping procedures, although training will be given and most importantly a passion to offer five star service. You will have a high standard of customer care skills and be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of the team.
A smart professional appearance is vital, together with excellent communication skills and an approachable manner.
Previous housekeeping experience in an hotel environment would be advantageous.
Hours will be rota’d in advance and will include weekends, Bank Holidays and evenings, when required, so a degree of flexibility is required. Your own transport is essential in view of Weston Park’s location.
