Overseeing the main Administration Reception; greeting all visitors courteously and ensuring that all telephone calls and enquiries are dealt with in a polite and efficient manner.

Reporting directly to the Brand Manager and providing administrative support.  Also supporting the Park Operations Manager to include producing the park event planners, administration and co-ordination of Annual Passes, Group Bookings, Hints & Tips, Christmas Food & Craft Fayre and Dine & Stay events.

Applicants must have a smart, professional appearance, be computer literate to a high standard and have the sensitivity to communicate well in a variety of situations.

A proven track record in administration with a keen eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills are prerequisite.  A flair for customer service with a flexible, friendly approach is vital.

This is full-time position for a fixed six month period.  Occasional weekend and evening work.

Own transport essential.
